How do I know which chair to pick?
It’s hard when we’ve got such a wide selection, but that’s where we can help. If you call 0330 332 0880 and give us a few details such as your height, weight and what issues you are currently having when you are sitting trying to work, we are very good at recommending which chair we think will be best for you.
Do you deliver to Europe or the rest of the world?
If you do want a product delivered to Europe or anywhere else in the world you just need to give us a call on 0330 332 0880 and we’ll provide you with a quote. Sadly at the moment you can’t order items directly from our website for delivery outside of mainland UK.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your new product. There are a few exceptions such as items that you’ve had longer than this period or if you don’t have the original packaging. But a full returns policy can be found here
Can I have a trial of your products?
Unfortunately we don’t offer this at the moment, but you do have 14 days in which to return an item (with it’s original packaging) for a refund.
How do I book a showroom appointment?
We have a lovely showroom in our Hove warehouse, where you can come and try our chairs. If you would like to come down and visit us, please call 0330 332 0880 and we’ll book you in.
