Workstation Assessment – In-person

Our workstation (Display Screen Equipment) assessments ensure that the workspace is comfortable, safe, and set up to prevent discomfort or injury.

They are suitable for both home and office workers and provide an easy, effective way to ensure you can work comfortably and efficiently.

One of our qualified DSE Assessors completes a workstation assessment face to face, which takes 45 minutes to finish.

Before the appointment, you will receive a short form from us to complete, which you can send onto the person requiring the assessment. Please return the form to us before your assessment.

During the workstation assessment, we’ll identify any areas that could be causing discomfort or strain, and after the session, you’ll receive a detailed written report with personalized recommendations to improve your setup.

We will contact you after purchase to arrange the assessment and send you a pre-assessment questionnaire to complete.

Advanced DSE assessments should be performed when:

• A member of staff has informed you that they are in pain and a self assessment hasn’t identified the issue
• When a member of staff has a medical condition that requires additional support
• When you don’t have a competent member of staff internally to assess people’s workstations
