Posture People’s purpose is to create better working environments for both individuals and companies, and we’re good at what we do, so we are busy all the time.  We help people by providing assessments and supplying ergonomic & contract furniture to hundreds of organisations, and genuinely make a difference to our customers working lives. 

We’re looking for a marketing apprentice to join us, and to learn about all aspects of marketing.  You’ll be a key member of the team and help to support our sales team by producing a wide range of marketing materials. The apprenticeship being offered is a level 3 Qualification, and normally takes about 18 months to complete.

  • Creating and updating blog posts
  • Planning and delivering our e-newsletters
  • Developing new email flows to support the customer journey
  • Managing our social media
  • Creating new marketing literature such as brochures and sales tools.

We’re a really busy company with lots of interesting projects to get stuck in to.  We’re a small team, but a very supportive environment.  We currently already have one admin apprentice on site, who is flourishing.

We anticipate that there will be a full-time job at the end of the apprenticeship.

Ideally you will have:

  • Great writing skills (a minimum of GCSE grade 5)
  • Good attitude to learning
  • An interest in marketing
  • A basic knowledge of Microsoft office (word & excel)
