We help people by providing assessments and supplying ergonomic & contract furniture to hundreds of organisations, and genuinely make a difference to our customers working lives.
We are looking for someone to join our team in the office. If you are looking for a new job to be passionate about and like being busy all the time, then this role might be for you. You will be supporting our National Account Manager, by raising quotes, answering customer queries and helping process workstation reports. This role is the lynch pin that the Company revolves around.

This is what we are looking for:
- You must be great at communication and juggling. You need to be calm and organised; this role is all about keeping on top of all the requests coming in
- You need to be Project/task focused with an ability to prioritise and ‘go the extra mile’
- You need to have a professional telephone manner. Whilst most of our work is computer based, you will also be speaking to customers daily.
- You must be computer savvy. We use salesforce internally to record our opportunities and develop leads, and Sage to process our orders and invoices. You don’t need to know how to use either as we can train you in this, but past experience would be beneficial
- You need to have a good knowledge of Microsoft office i.e. word, excel etc.
- Ideally 1-2 years sales support experience in a B2B environment
We’re an entrepreneurial team – so you’ve got to be able to contribute and be interested in helping us grow Posture People. Previous people in this role have gone on to be account managers and project managers with us, so there is room for progression if you want it. Or if you want to stay in the role and become the very best sales support person, we’ve ever had that’s ok too. However, everyone in the Company is focused on helping it grow regardless of their role.

The role is full time (9am -5.30pm) and £25-30k per annum depending on experience plus an annual bonus if Company Targets are met.
