So, you’ve completed your online DSE assessment, clicked submit and waited for the PDF report to arrive—but it’s nowhere to be seen. Don’t panic. In most cases, the report has either been sent to a different email address or filtered by the recipient’s email system.
First, check the email address
When you complete the assessment, we ask you to enter the recipient’s email address twice. This helps to prevent typing mistakes, but it is still worth taking a moment to check that both entries match and that they belong to the person who needs the report.
Have a look in junk or spam
The report is sent from onlinedse@posturepeople.co.uk. Depending on the recipient’s email security settings, it may be sent to their junk, spam or quarantine folder rather than their inbox. This is particularly likely if they have not received one of our reports before. To help future reports arrive safely, ask the recipient to add this address to their safe senders list. Their IT team may also need to allow emails from it.
Can we resend the report?
Our basic online DSE assessment is just that: a simple online form that creates a PDF and emails it to the chosen recipient. It does not store the answers or keep a copy of the finished report, so there is no online account where it can be retrieved later. If you need a system that stores assessment records and gives you more control, our ErgoPro DSE Workstation Assessment System may be a better fit. It can help you track completion, manage flagged issues and organise information across departments, locations or countries.
